2. Enter your email address and create a password
3. Verify your email address by clicking the link sent to your inbox
4. Complete your profile information

If you want to become a companion, you can start the application process after creating your account.

For Clients: Yes, browsing the companion directory and contacting companions is completely free.

For Companions: We offer flexible plans to suit your needs:

• Lite (Free): Maintain a basic listing at no cost - perfect for getting started
• Free Trial: All new companions get a one-month free trial of the Standard plan
• Paid Plans: Basic (GHS 100), Standard (GHS 200), and Premium (GHS 500) for enhanced features and visibility

We never take any percentage of your earnings - what you negotiate with clients is entirely yours. View our full Membership Plans for details.

To become a companion on Roservice:

1. Create an account or log in to your existing account
2. Click "Become a Companion" to start the application
3. Complete the 7-step application wizard:
   • Personal information (name, age, location)
   • Occupation and education
   • Bio and description
   • Activities you offer
   • Availability and policies
   • Portfolio photos
4. Submit your application for review
5. Wait for admin verification (usually within 24-48 hours)

Once approved, your profile will be visible in the companion directory.

To edit your companion profile:

1. Log in to your account
2. Click on your profile icon or go to "Edit Profile"
3. Update any information you want to change
4. Click "Save Changes"

Changes to your bio, photos, rates, and other details are updated immediately.

You can temporarily suspend your profile visibility at any time:

1. Go to your Edit Profile page
2. Find the "Profile Visibility" section
3. Click "Suspend Profile"

While suspended:

• Your profile won't appear in the companion directory
• Clients won't be able to find you through search
• Your account remains active and you can reactivate anytime

To reactivate, simply click "Reactivate Profile" from the same section.

You control who can see your portfolio photos with these privacy levels:

• Public: Anyone can view your photos, including non-registered visitors
• Registered Users Only: Only logged-in users can see your photos
• Approved Clients Only: Only clients you've specifically approved can see your photos
• No Photos: Your photos are hidden from everyone

You can change this setting anytime from your profile settings.

Clients contact you directly through the contact methods you've enabled on your profile:

• Telegram: Your Telegram username
• WhatsApp: Your WhatsApp number
• Phone: Your phone number for calls/SMS

You choose which contact methods to display. All communication happens directly between you and the client - Roservice does not intermediate these conversations.

To browse and find companions:

1. Go to the Companion Directory
2. Use the filters to narrow down your search:
   • Location
   • Hourly rate range
   • Activities offered
   • Availability (virtual/in-person)
3. Click on a companion's profile to view their full details
4. Use their contact information to reach out directly

To contact a companion:

1. View the companion's profile
2. Look for their contact information (Telegram, WhatsApp, or Phone)
3. Reach out to them directly using your preferred method

When contacting a companion, we recommend:

• Introducing yourself politely
• Being clear about what you're looking for
• Discussing availability, location, and rates upfront
• Respecting their boundaries and policies

You can browse companion profiles without an account, but some features require registration:

• Without account: Browse profiles with public photo settings
• With account: View profiles with "Registered Users Only" photo privacy, save favorites, and access additional features

Creating an account is free and only takes a minute.

Roservice does not process any payments. All financial arrangements are made directly between you and the companion.

When arranging payment:

• Discuss rates clearly before meeting
• Agree on payment method (cash, mobile money, etc.)
• Confirm the total amount based on time and services

To change your password:

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to Account Settings
3. Enter your current password and new password
4. Click Update Password

If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset it via email.

To request account deletion:

1. Contact us through the feedback form
2. Request account deletion in your message
3. We will process your request within 30 days

When your account is deleted:

• Your profile will be removed from the directory
• Your personal information will be deleted or anonymized
• This action cannot be undone

To update your email address:

1. Go to Account Settings
2. Enter your new email address
3. Verify the new email by clicking the confirmation link

Your login email will be updated once the new address is verified.

We take your privacy seriously:

• We never sell your data
• All data is encrypted at rest and in transit
• We don't track your browsing after you log out
• We don't share your information with third parties
• You can request complete account deletion anytime
• Inactive accounts are deleted after 90 days

If you encounter any issues or have concerns:

1. Use the Report a Problem form
2. Describe the issue in detail
3. Include any relevant information (usernames, dates, etc.)

We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

For Everyone:

• Meet in public places for the first meeting
• Tell a trusted friend about your plans
• Trust your instincts - if something feels off, leave
• Never share sensitive personal information (bank details, home address) until you trust someone
• Keep communication respectful and professional

For Companions:

• Screen potential clients before meeting
• Set clear boundaries and stick to them
• Have a check-in system with a friend

For Clients:

• Respect companion boundaries and policies
• Be upfront about your expectations
• Never pressure anyone into anything they're uncomfortable with

Roservice has clear guidelines on prohibited activities. These include but are not limited to:

• Illegal activities of any kind
• Harassment or abusive behavior
• Misrepresentation or fake profiles
• Soliciting prohibited services
